I used Potion of Disbelief to defeat a high-Level monster. The card is admittedly poorly worded and says:
"You may only take its treasure if you defeat any remaining monsters." Does this mean that if there is only one monster, I don't get the treasure because there are no other monsters to defeat? Or does it mean that since there are no other monsters, I get the treasure automatically? Last edited by Andrew Hackard; 09-12-2015 at 08:04 AM. |

You still get the Treasure. It could probably be a little more strongly worded to say, you get the Treasure, unless there are other Monsters, at which point you'd have to defeat them before you could collect Treasure (as stated in the rules, which might not have been as clear back in the early days).
