Default RPM, path of chance, entropy rituals

what would entropy rituals look like in RPM, using path of chance? under the description of path of chance in the RPM sourcebook, it states that this path covers entropy.

I don't know a lot about the science, so maybe someone who does know can explain how the science would line up with the spell effects. I was reading this Wikipedia article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entropy_(arrow_of_time)) & came up with this ritual:

look to the past

caster can see what has happened in the past in a certain area by observing recent changes in local entropy. past events are manifested in the caster's own field of vision like a holographic projection. entropy increases and decreases can be observed for the duration of the spell, allowing the caster to move events forward, backward and pause. the caster cannot increase entropy forward past the present to see the future.

Greater sense chance (2) + Area, 10 yd radius (8) + Duration, how far back are you looking, 1 day (7) + Duration, how long does the spell last, i.e. for how long can entropy increases/decreases be observed, 10m (1) x3

what does the manipulation of entropy look like? what sort of real world effects could there be? i think that entropy manipulation would nudge up against path of energy and path of matter at some point. once again, i don't know anything about the science, but it seems like "entropy" covers a pretty wide range of topics.

thoughts?
