Hmm...

Judo seems more traditional than Wrestling. The character classically has modest ST by campaign standards and should probably grapple as a last resort.

I would add Rapid Retraction to Perks and replace Increased HT with Increased DX and Speed. Add Enhanced Dodge and Parry to Advantages. Part of the Femme Fu shtick is that the character is hard to hit and not necessarily good at taking hits.

I'd add Feint(Karate) to Techniques - it would make sense to set up the (often larger and stronger) opponent for a decisive blow.

I'd also add Running, Jumping, Climbing & Stealth to optional skills - emphasize mobility.

Maybe add Special Exercises: Striking ST to Perks. Femme Fu fighters are known for hitting harder than you'd expect on size alone.

I have some vague memory that there was a Pyramid article focused on Martial Arts about designing High DX, low ST fighters which sounds like it would be useful but I think it was Volume 2 of Pyramid which doesn't seem to be available archived anywhere.

Anyway, that's my two cents.

I generally can't recall any major instances were Judo would be required in place of Wrestling. There are individuals who use Judo Throw, but they're sufficiently uncommon that I think Wrestling is more appropriate. Funnily enough I chose Wrestling precisely because they often have lower ST, since it provides a big bonus. Also note the emphasis on lower-body grapples to further increase ST.

I chose HT mainly because this whole style is centred around Sex Appeal, which is HT based. That said, I will probably add DX and Speed, as well as Enhanced Dodge and Parry.

That's not gonna happen, since the whole point of the style is judicious use of Feint (Sex Appeal), so I definitely don't want another brand of Feint.

Good points.

True, but I'd say that's usually a function of them having higher overall ST than you'd expect from size alone, they seem to be able to perform impressive overall feats of strength, not just striking ones.

One thing that I would do is to break this up into two parts. It seems to me that the style would be taught in a school for female spies. Only the things related to combat should be in the style, the rest taught in the other parts of the school.

Think the movie Le Femme Nikita.

Well yes. But by the time of the Empire the two pantheons were rather mingled. That was well before fighting styles bulked as large in conversation as they do now. It is perfectly legitimate to use Minervan even if one is stressing the Greek picture of her especially as "Athenian" would call to mind the city and not the goddess.
