Trying to find a disadvantage for Cuteness susceptibility

Hello GURPS community I have a simple question.

How does one model a particular person being extremely susceptible to cuteness?

By that I mean the person having to make a self control roll whenever he/she meets something cute. On a failure he/she must try to hug/pet/cuddle the cute things, and maybe try to take it home.
