While playing Munchkin Booty the other night, a minor debate popped up. One player kicked open the door and drew a curse. He then played "Not So Fast, Me Bucko!" to cancel said curse. Now he wanted to skip immediately to Looting the Room, but I argued that since it wasn't a monster that was drawn, he'd have to kick open the door again, drawing a new card. He felt that canceling the drawn curse meant he moved to the next phase of his turn.
Which is correct? I was outvoted so he moved on to Looting the Room. I feel like he should have kicked open another door though. Any help? I should add that on the "Not So Fast, Me Bucko!" card, it states that if used to cancel a monster, no new monster is drawn. |
