Default Stacking disadvantages

Hi,
Let's say one player kicks the door and encounters a monster lvl 16 which has +4 combat bonus against Warrior. Another Warrior agrees to help him. Will it raise the combat of monster to 24? Or disadvantages don't stack?

No they don't stack! I have asked the same question in another thread!
It would raise the combat strength of the monster though, if it had a bonus against Warriors and Thieves (for example) and you were a Warrior and your helper was a Thief.

Note that the monsters phrase their bonus as: "+4 against Warriors." That's plural, to be interpreted as "+4 against one or more Warriors."

For completion's sake, this is also stated in the rules:

What evikour said is also true. The best way to describe it is this: If a Monster has a +2 bonus against males, Wizards, Clerics, Elves, and Halflings, then that would mean that there is a +2 bonus against males, a +2 bonus against Wizards, etc., and each bonus would be applied once if at least one of those types of characters was involved in the combat.
