Using 'Stacked Deck " on "The Last Laugh"
Which card trumps? Example: the door is kicked The Last Laugh is face up and says "[Do not quote card text.]" can another player use "Sacked Deck" since when the door is kicked Last Laugh is not 'in play ' yet? Stacked deck says "[Ditto.]"

The Last Laugh does not automatically go into play when it is turned over, so Stacked Deck can be played when that happens.
