How much for a limitation on Jumper that restricts you to only jumping to one world? Once you're there, you can only leave it by other means. But whenever you leave, you can always use you power to get back.

In my current game I made it 40% and then let the PC buy additional worlds as Perks.
Why 40%? I looked at the number of worlds PCs were likely to travel to (4ish for the campaign, though if they go wild there are upwards of twenty that I've sketched out) and set it at 10% per world. It also 'coincidentally'* brings the total Limitations to 80% for that particular ability in that campaign... * You'd be unsuprised by how often unusual Enhancements and Limitations are priced around those coincidences in my games. |

See the Limited Access limitation in Powers for part of the answer (depends on number of worlds in the setting...). "One Direction Only", reducing the utility by 50%, might be another -20%.
