Default Super Munchkin card question

I have a card called License To Demolish, and I'm not sure how to play it. It has no card type at the bottom, and the rulebook doesn't specify when or how to play this type of card. Can I have it in front of me at all times as if it were an equipped item? Can I only play it during combat to add a bonus? It would be awesome to have a definitive answer to this so I'm playing the game as it was intended.

On a similar note, the Utility Girdle doesn't have a card type either. I would assume the rules for this card will be the same for License To Demolish.

Thanks in advance for any helpful replies. :)

Default Re: Super Munchkin card question

Both of those cards are Items, as they have Gold Piece values listed on them. Do you mean they are not marked as Armor, Footgear, Headgear, or that they need at least one Hand? There are are Items that aren't classified and you can use any number of them, so you can put it in play and use it and it stays in play. Since it's a normal Item, you can not put it in play during combat.
