Nauseating Affliction

Hi guys

Could you please help me model the following ability?

Whenever somebody gets within 8 yards of the user of the ability the victim automatically becomes nauseated.

I don't get Aura and Area and when to use what. I guess there would be several cosmic enhancement, but I really don't know. So your help would be much appreciated.
