Thank you, kind sirs, you are most welcome... I've also considered "paleo-tech", "mezo-tech" and "neo-tech", but "neo-tech" is already copyrighted... :(
GURPS Sticks and Stones would be a cool name, though it would be more appropriate for an Ice Age 4e conversion...

partly, i think, the problem with the name is the "tech" that has to follow.
high-tech is a pretty standard word in our society. ultra-tech is not, but ultra is common enough for people to think: "mmmh, must be related to high-tech, only better..." my question is: can the word "tech" stand by its own? what would the average non GURPS fan think, hearing it? tech = equipment? from my experience, i don't think so, but i am not a native speaker, so i might be mistaken. |

Low-Tech is a great name. It should cover all the low-tech settings done to date too. |

GURPS has a tradition of concise, descriptive names rather than fancy ones. For instance, they could have opted to go with something like "Tools of the Ancients: a guide to low-tech equipment" instead of "Low-Tech". The former would probably sell better, but I'd still rather see the latter.
