Amazon Level

So my friends and I were playing Munchkin and my friend (female) pulled the level 8 amazon and it says will not attack females;just gives them one treasure instead. She was wondering if she got the level. I told her she doesn't but she owns the game (lol) so she won the debate by default. We all wanted clarification. We need to know if she would get the level or not.
