There's a character in my campaign who has a Gadget that gives Jumper (World), and has Reliable +1. He has learned a significant number of target worlds as IQ/E skills.
How do I get the +1 for Reliable to show up in the skill levels? An obvious way would be a Talent whose cost was edited to zero, but that's clumsy. Is there a better way? |

The easiest way is probably to Edit the Reliable modifier, go to Full Edit window, and change the gives tag to:
+1 to owner::skillscore, +1 to "SK:Name", +1 to "SK:Name (Extension)" replacing SK:Name (Extension) with the actual Name (and Extension) with the actual skill name of the skill you wish to target.
