if they are in the same combat they get an extra +10.
Is it bonus to monster's side, or bonus to exact monster by +5 to each?
Is this bonus disappear if one of them removed?

As written, it's a +10 to the Monster side. If both Monsters are not in the same combat, there's no bonus, so making one go away gets rid of the bonus.
