Both of these cards say they are +4 for males and +4 for females. Is it a misprint? If it is what is the correct bonus? And if not what's the point to have the same boost written twice?

Unless they mention sex-changed for one gender, depending on the card (e.g., Spiked Codpiece would only give a bonus to a male character), then something definitely seems wrong. You should cite the specific printing where you're seeing this and add pictures in an e-mail to orders@warehouse23.com. Andrew and/or Phil might want to hear from you as well, but I'll let them contact you. Since it's a holiday, the office should be closed, so you won't hear anything right away.

My spiked codpiece gives a 4 to men and a 2 to females...and the shoulder dragon is opposite.

That's correct. My database didn't show that, but now I'm on another computer looking at a printout from the database, and I can actually see it this time. So, if the bonuses are the same, that's a problem. If they're different, then all is good. That doesn't change what I said about who to contact.
