[Ultra-Tech] Device / sensor with Vibration Sense?

Greetings, all!

Some shell templates have Vibration Sense. Some things, such as SONAR, can be detected with Vibration Sense. Bio-Tech templates can get Vibration Sense. It gets mentioned in high-TL contexts in different ways, but . . . where can I buy a device that has Vibration Sense? I've seen SONARs, Terahertz RADARs, LIDARs, Sound Detectors, but can't see a Faz Sensor whereever I search.

Anyone got a hint? Maybe an estimated price/mass if there's no official entry anywhere at all?
