Actually, I'm for sharing modifiers between the set of Ally/Patron/Contact where possible, but I'm not sure what you want this one to achieve. Can you give an example? It seems like it would defy the point of having a Contact, who is someone that gives you information. Is it different to my Information/Introductions Only limitations?

On the idea of borrowing from Allies, my Reluctant/Intimidated is probably just the same as Unwilling, so it'd probably be simpler just to use that instead.

And Minion might work as a base for the "hacker backdoor" or "psionic hypno-dupe" ideas I mentioned upthread.

Borrowing Secret from Patron would probably also work well.

It's like the reverse of the 'minion' enhancement, turning "accompanies you on adventures" into "information and minor favors only."

Let's say you're playing a low-point-total civilian character in a WWII game, and you buy an Ally with 150% of your point total, but low frequency of appearance and the minimal intervention/contact/whatever-we-end-up calling-it limitiation. You talk to the GM and work out that your friend-of-a-friend could potentially be found almost anywhere in the world in his capacity as a gunrunner, and is named Rick. Frequency of Appearance rolls a success, he's in town! ... running a restaurant, not recognizing you, and claiming to stick his neck out for no-one. You were hoping to acquire military hardware on the cheap, but instead, he just helps you cheat at gambling for some quick cash and gives a bit of advice on how to get out of town without complications.
