Default [Supers][Ultra-Tech] Adding a computer to a Dreadnought

Hey guys,

I'm building a character that is a typical Iron Man style power armour wearing superhero, and I've built it in the style of the Dreadnought template from Supers (i.e., gadget limitations, superscience, etc.)

I want to add a computer and some of the software from Ultra-Tech to it. I was initially going to add Accessory (Computer), but that's intentionally limited to prevent the use of tactical software, so I don't think that'll work. My second attempt was to essentially to price it based on signature gear: a small computer (TL9) with Compact, Fast, Hardened, and High-Capacity would cost $12000, so for a TL8 game (the character is TL9) that would cost 2 points of Signature Gear. I now, theoretically, have a small computer that's complexity 5, small enough to be built into power armour, and capable of running most of the tactical software in UT.

Does that sound reasonable? Is it legal for me to do things like run the complexity 4 Targeting software, use Accessory (HUD), and get +2 to Innate Attack (Beam)?

Thanks!
