I couldn't determine if it had one or not. I found that town directories far predate phone directories, but towns are different about doing them. I also couldn't tell if you'd use the library or some government office. Odd time period.

Chandra has no trouble looking up his address in the book at the library. Finding it on a map is a little harder, but she gets that done too. Its beginning to get dark.

She hurries to Adam's address, trying to get there before people would stop receiving visitors for the day. (And before it might be too late for a woman to be traveling alone.) If he's any kind of gentleman, he might accompany her back to her own doorstep, though Chandra knows she can't count on that.

She's a little out of breath when she arrives, but she arrives at a reasonable hour, and in a reasonable state.

A young woman, but not a servant, opens the door. "Oh! What are you here for?"
