A simple question:
When I Can Use the Card Duck of Many Things? At any time, even in combat and not in my turn? Thanxs.

It's a special Treasure card (i.e., it's not an Item, and it doesn't provide a persistent bonus, like Hireling or Really Impressive Title), so the following rules apply:
Since the card doesn't provide any information when it may be played, we have to assume the general rule applies (i.e., it can played at any time), and therefore it can be played during combat. However, you can't play it when you're Level 9, since it would give you a level. |

Not in my database. I'll see if I can find an indication that it moved decks at some point (too many cards exist now for me to remember everything), but now we're starting to go beyond the 101 Forum charter by discussing outdated sets.

Duck of Many Things has always been a Treasure card.
