[Powers] Visualization with Blessing and Cursing

Visualization specifies that you cannot enhance it with both Special Enhancements Blessing and Cursing, but later indicates that this IS possible with the Selectivity modifier.

This was before Power Ups: Enhancements however... would adding them both as Alternate Enhancements allow for the two? With or without also using Selectivity?
