GURPS character sheet

Hi All,

I'm trying to use an Alternative Power Pool structure for some powers in GURPS Character Sheet (GCS) but I can add them but the powers but I can't figure out how to make it do the 1/5 cost for all of the powers except the most expensive.

I did come up with a sort of annoying work around.

Create an extra power that costs negative points for the 4/5ths cost. Not perfect but better than nothing.

Though I would much rather a more elegant solution.

You're looking for the Alternative Ability modifier. If that's not in there...manual price editing?

Alas putting them in an alternative power pool doesn't alter the price.
There is no alternative ability modifier available in either the pool or in the base power.

Manual price editing only edits the base cost. And fiddling with the price until the modifiers + price came came out the end product you want would be really hard.

Unless I'm missing something in how manual price editing works. I even tried to manually add a modifier for -x points and that didn't come out right either.

I think you add an Advantage Container, then edit it and change the type to Alternate Ability.
Then add all the advantages to that group. The total cost for the container should be right
