Lemming parade vs army ants

You cannot run away from Army Ants. Does this count as a failed run away from a monster and therefore Lemming Parade can be used? If so, do the other players get to roll to run away(-1 to die of course), or just get the bad stuff automatically?

This is from Munchkin Legends if it helps.
