Default DF:3 Cat-folk template cost

Please ignore - added it up multiple times and kept missing the perception in my adding.

Will someone please point out what I am missing here. I keep running the numbers on the Cat-folk template from Dungeon Fantasy 3, P5, and coming up with a net of 35, vs. the template's cost of 40.

Attribute Modifiers: ST-1 [-10]; DX+1 [20].
Secondary Characteristic Modifiers: Per+1 [5].
Advantages: Catfall [10]; Claws (Sharp) [5]; Combat Reflexes
[15]; Fur [1]; Night Vision 5 [5]; Striking ST 2 [10]; Teeth
(Sharp) [1].
Disadvantages: Impulsiveness (12) [-10]; Laziness [-10];
Phobia (Entering Water) (15) [-2].
Features: Tail (neither a manipulator nor enough of a problem
to interfere with armor).

That works out to

Attributes Net +10
Secondary Net +05
Advantages Net +47
Disadvantages Net -22
Total 35

Is there some other consideration or eratta I am missing that accounts for the template cost of 40?
