Title basically says it all.
When you take the Targeted Attack technique (from MA, but also Tactical Shooting, and several others), you must specify a hit location. Do you need to indicate a specific limb (e.g., Right Arm or Left Leg... or perhaps Near Arm or Far Leg), or can you just say a type of limb (e.g., Arms or Legs) and be able to attack right or left, near or far, with the same technique? |
