When we play Munchkin legends with the Munchkinomicon booster, the game last at least two hours, and its normal to play more than 4 hours, it this behaviour normal or we are doing something bad?
the thing that we saw after analyse why the game last that long is that in the doors pile there are just a few monsters, then, everybody grabs a lot of enhancers and a lot of spells, so at the end when someone opens a monster, its almost impossible to win a battle so the game last in average more than 4 hours (with 3 or 4 players). are we doing something wrong? |

I would say no, you are not doing anything wrong.
I say that mainly because I have found that the same experience occurs with my own various gaming groups. If you want a longer challenging game, use the munchkinomicon. Also be aware of the Fishing trip rule, that if you do not have an immediate purpose or intent when using a card or game mechanic, it is generally frowned upon to delay the game by abusing such a card or mechanic. Specifically passing the munchkinnomicon back and forth, to stop an opponent, has been thought to be abusive to the flow of the game. |

thank u so much!!
we though that we were missing rules because it changes a lot the time of playing. its a cool boost and the spells are very interesting, i recommend it to the community but you have to know about that |

the last time we played (4 players) last for about 1 hour, 3 deaths in the game
i like the jokes, are funnier than the first expansions, like the original game in other hand the monsters are big ones and the bad stuff are really bad like losing 2 levels or lose even if you are running, i do recommed it |
