How would people price the ability to induce a mundane disease in someone? e.g *poof*, you have measles now. You'll suffer the ordinary symptoms, get the standard rolls to get better, and be just as infectious as an ordinary measles patient. I suppose that the disease could start with IA, heavily modified with Delay, Cyclic, etc, but I'm not sure about the infection, of if it would be better to model it with Affliction or something.

Basic, enhancements (p. 109).
Yes, cyclic toxic attack with Symptoms might suffice.
