Default Using only GURPS Bio-Tech, how tough a critter can you create?

Hi All,

Having looked at both Bio-Tech and Ultra-Tech it strikes me that that Ultra-Tech users are at a bit of an advantage compared to Bio-guys; the Warsuit has a hardened DR of 300!

So the question is how much of a threat could a civilization that purely uses biological engineering pose to one using Ultra-Tech? Can anyone even come up with a creature that could get through a Warsuit's protection? No super-science allowed!

My idea so far was a marine creature with SM+6 and as such ST+100 and Striking ST+50, as well as Long Talons, but such a creature still wouldn't get anywhere near piercing a Warsuit.

If absolutely necessary I might relent slightly and allow the Bio-guys use of weapons up to TL4, but only as a last resort, and only if it's actually any use.

I'm stumped so I thought I'd ask the experts!
