Hello there!
I'm trying to figure out a way to build a sword that disrupts psionic powers. The sword would essentially have a Static effect on what it touches. That doesn't seem to really be what Static does. I think it would work more like an Affliction where it would block it for a certain amount of time. Or maybe it could be some kind of Imbuement. Whatever works. However, the users of the swords are psionic as well. Thanks.

gadget based Neutralize Psi? linked to an innate attack?
The trick there is neutralize currently requires a contest of will.

Neutralize... Ah, but of course! That's perfect. That contest of will is fine though, isn't it? Couldn't I just use the will of the wielder?
