Let me sidestep the legal controversies and ask anyone putting up a monster to make sure it has at least a tag for its class. You can figure out stuff like Fodder or Worthy if you want; I kinda suck at it.

Since there seem to be no further significant objection to the racial templates, I've put them all up at the repository:

Dwarf

Elf

Gnome

Half-elf

Halfling

Half-orc

They can still be improved, however - each race should have a list of especially appropriate advantages, disadvantages, and skills. Any suggestions?

Sorry. I keep forgetting--but I see you've been tagging all of mine, so thanks.

Arguably its proper tag depends on the game. Fodder for a 250 point game might be Worthy in a 125 point game.

Another tip: when converting Constitution to HT, take out any modifier creature size gives to Constitution. You'll keep most HT scores after doing this in the 9-13 range, which means they'll still fail some rolls. You don't want too many monster HT scores above 12, especially for fodder.

Ditto for me.

My real name is Garðar St. Ólafsson, although it's permissable to change the 'ð' to a 'd' and remove the acute accent over the 'ó' for the alphabetically challenged. ;)

If you'd like to add the giants I created, feel free to do so. http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread...=112652&page=4

Feel free to make changes to the format. I know it's a bit messy.

They are based on Pathfinder Frost Giants, but I also did add a few small tweaks to make them different. I still need to go back and finish the shamans I mentioned in the original thread where I started them.

That not accurate. It true that ONLY SJ Games can make anything of their open content. It is also true that anybody can MIX open content with stuff that SJ Games has given permission for under their various policies. As long as anything used from SJ Games is declared PRODUCT IDENTITY.

And to be clear the only reason for this is to mix open content with permissible material from SJ Game. It NOT some kind of legal loophole for commercial or non-commercial publishing.

I discuss it further here.

Yes, by all means let's keep that discussion to the other thread.

Regarding cleric magic: I want to keep the overall structure in GURPS Dungeon Fantasy. But I first want to come up with some "core spells" divided up into six levels of Power Investiture and then come up with spell lists for the various D&D domains - which should make converting particular deities easier.
