I kind of like the 4E cosmology. I hate the 4E mechanics (I barely tolerate 3.0/3.5E...), but I do think they have some interesting ideas.

You are right - I had only looked at GURPS Basic Set: Characters and forgot about Chapter 15.

Out of curiosity, since you don't actually play, why do the mechanics even matter?

It reeks of the "beyond my ability to suspend my beliefs" which made WoW so hard for me. :-)

I like the essences of some of the ideas (and when I envision conversions, I use a LOT of ideas from the 4E fluff...), but all the "video game RPG turned into a tabletop RPG, LULZ!" just left me cold...

It's really not a video game RPG, though the influences are visible; many aspects of it are rather alien to video games (for example, it focuses heavily on positioning; MMOs have trouble figuring out if two people are even in the same place). 4e is really a fairly complex tactical board game with a few RPG aspects tacked on.

And http://www.tesarta.com/FFP/bestiary.pdf would be another good candidate. It was made for this place.
Who among the authors of these works would give their permissions to add them to the Repository?

I give mine for my entries in the second document, obviously. Others listed in the document include:

Atreyu Hibiki, Bruno, Cernig, Collective Restraint, D-Flash, DieMunchkin, Doktor Teufel, Flyndaran, Gold & Appel Inc, Highland Piper, Hyrneson, Icelander, Jerander, Knight Marshal, Lonewolf23k, Lonewulf, Lurker, LWCamp, Max Schrek, MLangsdorf, Nerdvana, Nyu2, The Paranoid Android, Rasputin, Rogue, Rupert, Sandy Mac, sjmdw45, Son of Dave, Stripe, Tbrock1031, Vinny.

The first link does not list authors, as far as I can tell.

I think Dwarves would be better with a shield (it covers more of their body) and when engaged in wrestling (again, their stature). I give them a +1 to block and a +1 to any roll involving wrestling.

Question:

What is the genetics of human half breeds? Are they like mules? (generally infertile with exceptions -ie- molly mules) Can they breed with either parent species? Do their offspring only carry the genes of one of the parent species?

I hereby give permission to add any creature template posted on the forums by myself (or collected from my post on the forums and reposted elsewhere) to your wiki.

Speaking of monsters, are there any problems with me posting my fourth-edition updates of creatures from GURPS Fantasy Bestiary?

Humans are fully compatible with orcs and elves; offspring from human/elf and human/orc pairings are normally fertile and can breed with either parent race. For some reason half-elf/half-orc, elf/orc, and most other pairings aren't usually addressed except in setting-specific ways. Dragonlance is the only setting I know to have even gone into all the possible half-humans.

And dragons can make viable offspring with anything. Even slimes.
