BTW, what do the macros do? because I don't use MSOffice, normally and I don't have macros activated when i do. Without macros, I get a very nice list of spells and their energy costs plus how they were built, so I wonder what macros add.

It adds nothing. There are a couple of macros in there. I'm not at home so I can't look and tell you what they do. I added a keyboard shortcut to merge and center cells. It's nothing special! Haha. You aren't missing out.
