The Card says +5 Against, Elves, Bards and halflings. I am an elf and a bard, do the +5s add up?

Yes. And if you also have a Halfling Hireling or you get help from a Halfling, he will be at +15.

The FAQ makes that clear:

No. The monster will get that part of its bonus if there is any number of Elves present. It does not get a bonus per Elf.
