No, superman doesn't get an limitation for being able to be blindfolded when he's using x-ray vision. But this isn't equivalent to "being blindfolded". This is equivalent to "when acting in civilized society." which is a limitation.

Can anyone advise on a question ?

I want a character who does actually have eyes but they are exempt from damage.

If I give them Injury Tolerance (No Eyes) should I also include No Signature ?
