I was wondering if it's possible to transfer item enchantment bonuses. For example (with the Conan deck): I start out with the "+2 Turanian Helm" and the +3 Sword of the Phoenix". On my next turn I pick the "+2 Envenomed" enchantment which I decide to apply to my sword (making it +5 Envenomed Sword of the Phoenix). Then later on in the game, I pick up the "+5 Maul of the Titans" (I purposefully picked a two-handed item to prevent the "you have two hands argument). Can I swap the Phoenix Sword for the Maul of the Titans and apply the Envenomed enchantment to the new weapon? Or maybe transfer the Envenomed bonus to my Turanian Helm first and then swap weapons?
And yes, I've carefully read the rules (on the Envenomed card for this case), which states: "(...) This card goes with the item if it is lost, stolen, or discarded." There is no mention of what happens to the bonus if you switch the equipped item with a carried item. And I also haven't found any mention about transferring enchantments to other equipped items. My guess would be that it can be done, but I'd like someone official to give the final word. And I know this isn't a way to cheat when you get cursed. It implicitly says on enhancer cards that when you lose an item to a curse, all and any item enhancements attached to it are lost along with it, unless it says otherwise on the card. A Cheat! card wouldn't allow for it either. That's not one of the things that Cheat! does.
