Kingdoms and Capitals

Hey Everyone,
I recently started putting together a Fantasy World for a campaign I'm going to start. I was wondering if anyone knew about any kind of Society or Peoples generator similar to the World Generator in GURPS Space. I've found Space invaluable in the past, and I was curious as to whether or not there was anything similar for smaller scales, perhaps even Nations or Continents. Thanks!
