Yep. But the 'spare change' from those two things will provide for all sorts of equipment, so that's pretty cool.

- Michael, d'you have any setting information for us? We've been assuming that everything is present day, same timeline (with the exceptions of heroes and villains that have presumably been around for awhile), etc. Anything we should be aware of? |

Trick is that the code of honor is mostly informal. There's lots of things that he ALMOST has, but with wiggle room. He doesn't have self-defense only, because there's a major loophole: he can kill his designated target. He doesn't have honest, because he obeys the laws of death rather than man. He doesn't have truthful, because when he chooses to deceive (which will almost always be through omission) he gets no penalty.

I understand, but it seems to me that the additional limitations more than compensate an exception for a single target. Hardly matters, though.

Thinking about it, Feebleman would make a great member of that quasi-cult Phoenix has started. She doesn't really have minions, more of just people who trade blood and energy for magic though. MH magic can toss out some really powerful blessings with sufficient magic.

FeebleMan can come on in to Phoenix's magic library after having wished for secret or weird skills and then share that info.

As for the body, if having your brain at the bottom of the ocean is a feature that never disadvantages you, then it's well, a 0-point feature. If there's a risk of the connection being disrupted, I'm not sure what that would be worth. Pay points for the most expensive body. If you can always replace bodies and restore your system from backup unless your enemies are very thorough about destroying backups, that's Unkillable with a limitation. A lone backup sitting at the bottom of the ocean is Extra Life 1 (maybe with digital, requires body, or something like that). Quote:

A general overview of the most famous Supers/Villains would be helpful, just so we know what to expect. |

I am so tempted to add dead broke and use those points for an innate attack or module ability for attacks, I can not decide on gear! Help?

Yes - totally custom talents. I noted the affected skills with a could letters. Cf for computer friend. Let me know if you want me to ditch them.
I would love to be there at stately Phoenix manor. Perhaps he is in guest bedroom 4 on the east wing, probably zonked out on painkillers. Dead broke mercenary? Sounds like a divine curse: can't get rich. :)
