On the edge (6 or less) = -30pts is similar in that you would have to take All Out Attack almost every turn but have none of the bonuses.
It would also have you act suicidal outside of combat though. But then not have you try to kill your friends once in combat.

While berserk does have some nice bonuses, it also can be a pretty crippling disadvantage depending upon the situation. From a tactical standpoint, if I know the enemy is prone to berserk, that is something which is taken advantage of quite easily. Sure, you have all sorts of bonuses to survive, but you also have little to no sense of self preservation.
