You don't get to call someone not a member of faith X. Only they get to define it. Yes, that means Catholics can't call Protestants not real Christians, and you can't call someone that doesn't believe Jesus did magic not a Christian.
It's all subjective opinion and unverifiable faith. By definition, those can't be disputed logically by me or you.

When you distinguish between people of Protestant faiths and people of Catholic faiths, that's calling some people not a member of faith X, where X is Protestantism or Catholicism.
