Bloodlust Question

On p. B125, under the heading for Bloodlust:

The hero is not a fiend or sadist; his animosity is limited to “legitimate” enemies, be they criminals, enemy soldiers, or feuding clansmen. ... in an ordinary tavern brawl, he would use his fists like anyone else. On the other hand, a ... duelist with Bloodlust would be very unpopular...

What about a culture that considers dueling a sport? Or unarmed martial arts? Not a situation where you actually kill the other guy, but where you could certainly be overzealous in your finishing moves, leaving the other guy not just beaten, but broken. Note, however, he would not be dead.

Would this be Bloodlust, or something else -- OPH (vicious in a fight), perhaps?
