Apologies if this has been asked before, I searched but I'm new here.
Mine Goes to 11 - You are now playing to 11 levels, not 10... Players may only reach the added levels by killing something, but must still kill things to reach level 10. High - If you kill a monster by yourself, you can exchange all the treasure cards you got from that combat for one level. This can be the winning level. My question is, can you kill a monster for level 9 and then use the High sacrifice for level 10? Which card takes priority? |

This is one of those cases where the strict language of each card doesn't really account for the existence of the other. High should be read as "You can use this ability to gain a level that you could otherwise only gain by killing a monster." Usually, that's the winning Level 10, but in some cases (e.g., Mine Goes To 11, Epic play), you can reach a level that isn't the win but still requires you to kill a monster. High does allow you to reach those levels.

Thanks so much for the quick response. Now we can all stop yelling at each other and continue with the game! ;)
