Car Wars: Autoduel Quarterly

So going through my ADQ's I find that I have some extras, and I'm missing some. Anyone want to help me complete my collection?

Need:

• Vol. 10, No. 4

Extras:

Unless noted, these are in Good condition, clean but with worn/dirty covers and no protective mailing cover. I finally saved up enough to buy my lifetime subscription for Volume 10. :( Before that I got them at the store.

• Vol. 5, No. 4
• Vol. 6, No. 1
• Vol. 6, No. 2
• Vol. 6, No. 2 (Very Good)
• Vol. 6, No. 3 (two creases in cover and first two pages, dead bug)
• Vol. 6, No. 3 ($2.00 price tag and 2" oval FLGS sticker on front cover)
• Vol. 10, No. 2 (Near Mint)

I also have extra Uncle Al's Catalogs:

• 2036 Catalog Update - Good - worn cover, spot of food, pencil "orig. $3.00" on first page
• 2038 Catalog Update - Good - very little wear but 1" of cover wrecked where a sticker was peeled off, pencil "orig. $3.00" on first page
• 2039 Catalog Update - Very Good - pencil "orig. $2.00" on first page
• 2038 (1988) Calendar - Good
• 2038 (1988) Calendar - Very Good

(ADQ says the catalogs were originally $6.50, so I'm not sure what's up with the pencil notes.)

So what do I want? The whole lot to anyone who can provide the two I am missing. My black Compendium and UACFH seem to be missing, so those would be great trades as well. But mostly I want these to go to a good home where they will be loved; let me know how much you would love them. Oh, and shipping. :)

Also, my Space Gamer #58 (The Car Wars special issue, which announces the future publishing of ADQ) seems to be missing page 5/6. :( I'd be happy to buy one if someone has it lying around.
