Conflicts with Super Munchkin and Half Breed

Hi All
I am new to Munchkin and i have been playing with my family and a question came up the other night. I had both of the above cards in play with two class and two race cards in play.
I drew some items that conflicted with one race or class but not the other are these cards playable.

When you have a Half-Breed, you have all the advantages and disadvantages of each race. "Usable only by (whatever)" clauses are one type of advantage and "Not usable by (whatever)" clauses are a type of disadvantage.

For example, if you have the following three cards:

• Half-Breed
• Elf
• Dwarf

Then:

• You may use Items that are "Usable by Elves Only"
• You may use Items that are "Usable by Dwarves Only"
• You may not use Items that are "Not Usable by Elves"
• You may not use Items that are "Not Usable by Dwarves"

I didn't think being a half breed elf would let you use not usable by elf items?

If you have no other Race, then yes a Half-Elf can use "Not Usable by Elves" Items.
