Super Munchkin/Half Breed qualifying for "draw" cards

Hi, I hope this is the right place.

I've looked through the forum for hours looking for the answer to a problem my group is having in the game, but couldn't find anything on this. Whats happening is we have a player that will use cards like "Curse! Change Race" or "Dungeon of Stupendous Skills" to take cards like Half Breed and Super Munchkin.

His claim is that cause the cards say they are removed by anything that would remove race/class then they count as a race/class card.

My argument is they don't say race/class on the bottom corner of the card.

Normally I know stuff like this is debated amongst a group is kind of the point of the game, but the argument are getting so heated over this that it is bringing the game to a halt almost every game.

Can some one help us out? Please...
