Default Bot rules clarification needed

When playing with the Bots and during the Drive step it says "... Otherwise turn towards nearest opponent, no more than a D3..." do you interpret that as no more than ONE D3 period that turn or as many D3 maneuvers as needed to face their opponent during their movement phase? The rules state that a player can make as many maneuvers as he wants as long as he has movements left. The way the Bot rules are written make me question if I'm doing something wrong.

Phillip, did you get your satisfactory answer from Will on that Facebook post?

I did, but I wanted to hear what others had to say.
