I knew BUD/S was there, though not mentioned, it was specifically included in my earlier navy reference.

Balboa Park is huge.

I found a lot of Imperials and a lot of cemetaries when I searched on Google Maps, but none that fit your description.

South of 94, between 805 & 15 (between Market & Imperial and 36th & 44th st.)
Or about a mile NE of the 32nd st naval station.
