You're correct. I forgot about that little niggly bit. I don't see it as too much of a stretch to apply that to limitations, but you're correct by RAW. I suppose you could look at "Not Ritual Adept" as a -40 point disadvantage and go from there, but that seems wonky. Hmm, How to achieve what is wanted. Perhaps a Accessibility modifier - I still wouldn't use gadget modifiers unless the character actually has a magical doodad or whatever. I must say, without further input I'm stumped.
