[MH] Starting Character Points

Reading through the book it seems like a 400-point character is the default level for the characters. But with the templates at 400 points and the lenses at 15 points how do you get 400-point characters with a lens? Or should you start them at higher levels, 425- or 450-points for example?

Take a look at the advantage section of each template; there you will find a reference to the lenses - their 15 points already included into the template cost of 400 points.
