Default Solitaire

I remember seeing the first descriptions of Munchkin Quest saying that the game was for 1-4 players, but nothing in the rules gave any explanation as to the best way to conduct a single-player game. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to go about it? I'm going to try it with the regular rules, but if anyone has some suggestions to make one-player games better, please feel free to say them.

I recommend limiting how many times you can die before you lose.

This was talked about in the 'Munchkin Adventurers Guild', Message #27288.
