Crafting Rule
Were I can find the rules for crafting? I don't think I find it in the Basic manual nore in gurps lowtech. Is there already a system of crafting in GURPS or I have to made a homemade one for my campain?

There are crafting rules in Low-Tech Companion 3: Daily Life and Economics, also brief production rules for new inventions in the Basic Set on page 474.

i strongly suggest "After the End". 2 books, the second one has very cool and user friendly crafting rules
